New Features

Membership renewals available on kiosks

Your members now have the option to renew their memberships via kiosk. When customers click on a membership program, they will see the option to Join/Renew. On the next page, they can enter in their contact information OR an existing membership ID. If they match to an existing membership, they will be presented with the option to renew. Please note that this is only available when using Kiosk Template Version 2.0



Improvements & Bug Fixes

  • Membership Term display field updated to accurately show the membership's term length
  • End Time for scheduled program events removed from tickets and receipts (matches Altru's eTicket formatting)
  • Constituent Search available on all Attendant Modes
  • Phone matching criteria updated to account for most common formats, including: ###-###-####, (###)###-####, and (###) ###-####
