You may want to add custom descriptions for your web calendar that are more concise than the program descriptions included on your web portal pages. Here is an example:

You may update the description at the program level or at the event level via Cloud Setup. 

To update the calendar description for an entire program:

  1. Navigate to Cloud Setup > Programs
  2. Search for your program and click the Edit icon on the left
  3. Click on the Calendar Description tab
  4. Add your description to the textbox

To update the calendar description for a specific program event:

  1. Navigate to Cloud Setup > Programs
  2. Search for your program and click the Edit icon on the left
  3. Click on Program Events under the Tasks menu
  4. Choose a month and click Fetch Events
  5. Find your desired event and click on the Actions dropdown
  6. Under Event Descriptions click Update
  7. Add your calendar specific description
  8. Click Save to this Event Only or click Save to all Events by Name to bulk add your description to all program events within the program with the same name
