Welcome to XTruLink support

Follow the steps below to register and authorize a new Access Control device.

Step 1: Create a New User

1. From the XTruLink main menu, go to Access Control > Access Control Users. 
2. Click the Add User button, type in your desired credentials and save. 

Step 2: Attempt Login

1. Open the XTAC app.
2. Enter the credentials you created in Step 1.
3. You will see an Error notification stating the device is unauthorized.

Step 3: Authorize Device

1. From the XTruLink main menu, go to Access Control > Device List.
2. You will now see the new device on your list. Click the Edit icon next to the device.
3. Click the Device Options button.
4. Select Authorize Device.

Step 4: Login to Authorized Device

Follow the steps under Step 3. You will now be able to successfully login.
