In-Person payments are payments received via kiosk or MPOS (Mobile Point of Sale). Stripe must be used for MPOS. As of September 2021, Stripe is optional for kiosk payments. If your organization is currently using Stripe and would like to transition to BBMS for kiosk payments, please contact us directly.
Stripe Payment Processing Terms
XTrulink partners with Stripe for fast, secure and PCI-compliant in-person payments. Payment processing services for organizations using XTrulink in-person payments (via kiosk or MPOS) can be provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, organizations agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement, as these may be modified by Stripe from time to time. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Viewing Your Stripe Account
Once connected, you can view payouts and information about your payments account from Main Menu > System > Payment Setup > Stripe. To view recent payments and manage your bank account and other account details, click Launch Stripe Portal.
From the Account tab of the Stripe Portal you can modify your Organization Details, including the name that appears on credit card transactions, the Organization's executive management, and payout bank details.
Setting Up Your Stripe Account
To setup your Stripe account, press the "Connect to Stripe" button located under Main Menu > System > Payment Setup > Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe’s website and prompted to provide contact and payout information.
Follow the on-screen prompts to fill out the required information and verify your organization. Once complete, you will be returned to the XTrulink Payment Configuration page and your Stripe Account will automatically be linked. XTrulink may require additional verification information before we can start processing payments on your organization's behalf.
