XTAC allows you to lookup an order processed in XTruLink or Altru. Results on this page are limited to orders that were placed on the same calendar day. Once logged in, to lookup an order press the Additional Options icon (box with arrow) on the bottom center of the XTAC app. This will open the Options menu. Click on Order Search to bring up the order lookup options.
From this page, you can use details from the customer to search for an order in the system. Once the order is found, you can tap the order to "virtually" scan the barcode and bring up the order details screen.
