Looking Up A Constituent
To look up a constituent's profile, simply scan the barcode on their physical or digital membership card. This will pull open the Constituent Information screen. On this screen you can find their Information, Photo, Membership, and Order History. To view a longer order history, click the icon on the bottom right and choose a different date range.
Tapping an order from the Order History will "virtually" scan the barcode for that order and bring up the order details screen.
Searching For A Constituent
To search for a constituent who does not have a membership or does not have their membership card available, click on the Constituent Search field on the main scanner page and enter their name. The search will pull up a list of possible matches. Click on the constituent you would like to pull up their profile.
