You might need to authorize a new device or deauthorize an inactivated device. You may do this under Access Control > Device List.
- Find the device on your Device List.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Click the Device Options dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Click Authorize or De-Authorize Device as needed.
