If your kiosk is showing the message above, please ensure the following are completed:
- Your credit card reader (Verifone P400 or WisePOS) is connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable).
- Your credit card reader is connected to the kiosk.
- Your kiosk is connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable).
- Your kiosk and credit card reader are connected to the same network.
- Your internet connection is stable.
- You've assigned a schedule to the kiosk.
- The schedule has a theme and template assigned at the current time.
- The schedule is associated with the right type of kiosk template (iPad kiosk).
- You are logged into the correct kiosk. If you are not sure, find the device via Kiosk > Kiosk list, go to the Tasks dropdown and select "Invalidate Kiosk Session." Then login to your kiosk again, confirming the correct credentials. (See this article for info on how to login).
