If your kiosk is showing the message above, please ensure the following are completed:

  • Your credit card reader (Verifone P400 or WisePOS) is connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable).
  • Your credit card reader is connected to the kiosk.
  • Your kiosk is connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable).
  • Your kiosk and credit card reader are connected to the same network.
  • Your internet connection is stable.
  • You've assigned a schedule to the kiosk. 
  • The schedule has a theme and template assigned at the current time. 
  • The schedule is associated with the right type of kiosk template (iPad or MPOS).
