You can configure text and email messages for a variety of triggers in XTruLink. Here is a list of the types of messages available:

Note: Purchase must occur via XTruLink (Web Portal, Kiosk, or MPOS) in order for a recurring message to send.
|Sales Order purchaser||At any scheduled time|
|Product Specific Message||Sales Order purchaser||Immediately after purchase when an email is associated with the order|
|Kiosk Follow-Up Message||Email or Text||A transaction was completed on a payment kiosk.||Sales Order purchaser||At a designated time up to 48 hours after the kiosk transaction|
Before configuring your message(s) to be sent, you must first design the message content. This is done via the Templates tab. Once your Template is created, you are ready to configure the Sales Order Receipt, Recurring, Scheduled, Product Specific, or Kiosk Follow-Up Message.
