You can limit the number of tickets purchased per order for a particular program or program event in XTruLink via Cloud Setup. These ticket limits only apply to Web Portal and Kiosk transactions. Ticket limits do not apply to Mobile Point-of-Sale (MPOS) transactions.

Steps to configure a ticket limit for an ENTIRE PROGRAM:

  1. Go to Cloud Setup > Programs
  2. Search for your desired program and click the Edit icon
  3. Go to the Per Order Ticket Limit tab
  4. Enter your ticket limit
  5. Click Save Changes

Steps to configure a ticket limit for a specific PROGRAM EVENT:

  1. Go to Cloud Setup > Programs
  2. Search for your desired program and click the Edit icon
  3. Click Program Events under Tasks in the top-right corner of the page
  4. Select a month and click Fetch Events
  5. Click the Actions dropdown next to your desired event date
  6. Click Update under Ticket Limits
  7. Enter your ticket limit
  8. Click Save to All Events by Name (this updates all events with the same name with your ticket limit) or Save to This Event Only
