Your kiosks will timeout in the middle of a checkout session when the customer has gone idle (no screen touches, no typing) for 40 seconds. The customer will then have 10 seconds to tap the button labeled "I'm Still Here" before the checkout session is reset. This 50 second timeout is extended to 90 seconds on some views where the customer might need more time.
