New Features
Import Ticket Barcodes
This new feature allows you to import ticket barcodes from third-party platforms directly into your XTruLink system. Whether you're utilizing our handheld devices for on-the-go access control or leveraging the convenience of the XTAC web app, this new update ensures a seamless and error-free check-in experience for your attendees, no matter where they purchased their ticket from. Pre-Registered Settings
We've added price type settings for your pre-registered programs. This includes the option for guests to "Register Later" and for you to select which contact fields you'd like included and/or required. Learn more here.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Updated constituent-matching logic to include "Nickname" field
- Updated Access Control settings to use default ticket scanning settings from Altru when "All Programs" is selected on Attendant Mode. These Altru settings may be found in Altru via Tickets > Ticket scanning options.
- Added full keyboard option on kiosk for Membership ID field
- Added program event location to master summary block on receipt
