You may view a list of all scheduled gift install messages via Digital Passes > Automation > Logs >Scheduled Gift Install Messages. From this tab, you may edit scheduled sends as needed. These may also be edited on the membership record page. 

If you see a recipient marked Recipient Missing (as seen in the example above), this means a constituent merge happened in Altru and the original recipient was removed. You may manually update these instances  when necessary through the following steps:

  1. If starting on the list page seen above, click the Edit icon on the right. This will redirect you to the membership page. 
  2. Once on the membership page, find the entry under the Scheduled Gift Install Messages tab. 
  3. Click the Edit icon on the right, and notate the prior gift information (send date, name, personalization, message). 
  4. Click Close.
  5. Click Schedule a Gift Install Message. 
  6. Copy the information you noted in Step 3.
  7. Click Schedule Message.
  8. Click the X icon next to the original Recipient Missing entry to remove.
