Basic Steps:

  • Restart your phone: A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches.
  • If there is a Sim card installed, ensure SIM card is properly inserted: Remove and reinsert the SIM card to ensure it's seated correctly.
  • Check for SIM card damage: Inspect the SIM card for any physical damage
 Network Settings:
  • Reset Network Settings: This will remove any incorrect settings that may be causing the issue. 
    • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. 
  • Check Airplane Mode: Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. 
  • Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Forget the Wi-Fi network and then reconnect. 
Other Troubleshooting:
  • Check for Software Updates: Ensure your phone's software is up to date.
